This Privacy Policy informs you about how TKMS handles information collected on the TKMS website. The content of this website is provided centrally by TKMS, so that website visitors can access information about the product range of the TKMS Group.

When you visit our website, our web servers process by default the IP address with which you access our website, the website from which you visit our website, the files you check with us, the date of your visit and general information of your browser. When you sign up for our newsletter form, we will process your e-mail address, the selection of what kind of newsletter you want to have, as well as other data that you give us via the form (e.g. telephone, first name, last name, organization data). Mandatory information for sending the newsletter is the e-mail address. The processing of your data is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
