The proven MEKO® A-400 ship design, enhanced with Air & Missile Defense (AMD) capabilities, sets new standards. It is the only German national design that is highly compatible and can integrate a wide range of NATO combat systems. This ensures maximum operational flexibility and strategic strength.

High Range

The frigate MEKO® A-400 AMD achieves an endurance of around 30 days and a range of approximately 4,000 nautical miles. It operates independently and reliably protects maritime task forces. In doing so, it strengthens Germany's capability for national and alliance defense within the framework of NATO commitments.
